Why I Started Jogging

I started jogging to get in shape and lose some weight that I have gained in the last year. I have been jogging at least a mile every day for the last 5 months and have lost 25 pounds! I am breathing better at night and also just feeling better overall. Feeling good has kept me going plus I enjoy it now and I feel funny if I don't get a jog in during the day.
