Started Jogging for Better Health

I got started jogging to lose weight and stay healthy and I began after the summer, around mid September 2010. I wanted to stay in a leaner shape and knew without jogging it would be very difficult. I have been jogging now for about a week and a half. I have enjoyed so many things from this exercise that have benefited me in such a short time. I can now breathe easier without shortness of breath. I have become leaner and in better shape. I have more endurance for activities. While jogging I can admire amazing landscape. I would suggest this to non-joggers as it's easy to get into, and you jog at your own pace and you will see that you will gradually move up with better times and it will become easier on your body. Losing weight and staying at my consistent body weight and having less body fat keeps me going.
