Pace Yourself Running Tip

An important running tip is to run at a nice steady pace. This will allow you to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and break a sweat without overexerting yourself or causing cramps.

The biggest problem people have with running seems to be that they try to run too fast thinking that will help them burn calories quicker. Instead, the best way to maximize calorie burning with running is to maintain a steady pace; not too slow and not too fast.
