Flat Abs For Women

Flat abs elude a lot of us. Yet we all want them. They’re sexy and they just look great!
If you’ve got a flat abdomen than you’ve got a body most of us dream about having.
Even while jogging is an outstanding aerobic activity guaranteed to burn fat, it won't get you 6 pack abs.
That's frustrating.
This is particularly discouraging for those of us who have had a baby.
Having a baby is one thing, now you’ve gotta deal with getting off all that extra weight. Ugh. It’s tiring already to think about, but it can be done.
Getting back to that attractive pre-pregnancy size and a flat mid-section is tough. No doubt about it. It can be very difficult to deal with the "pooch" that develops after baby.
Don't despair, however. David Zinczenko’s book The Abs Diet for Women (he wrote the first book for men) is a good place to start. His information is solid. He is, after all, the Editor in Chief for Mens Health magazine so he’s not a crack pot.
The book’s a great read.
You’ll find most of this “work” really originates in the kitchen. What you eat and how you prepare your foods is critical to your success.
That really isn't or at least shouldn't be news to anyone.
You'll get guidance on exercises for postpartum women (which may or may not be relevant to you) and help for those who are menopausal.
Obviously women’s and men’s bodies are different. Men burn more fat because of their testosterone levels while women, hold fat in the unfortunate places like our hips, butt and thighs because of our estrogen levels.
Zinczenko’s book offers guidance on portion size, nutritional ingredients and exercise for home or the gym. It's based on principles that get you away from the whole processed foods thing and redirects your attention on healthy, power food choices.
There are many routines out there suggesting you can get flab abs quickly, but this book is founded on solid research.
Following Zinczenko’s guidance may help you get the flat abs you desire.
