Ace is a German Shephard mix.  Sandau got the worst of it and she was &lt;b&gt;extremely lucky&lt;/b&gt; the stroller had turned over with the back of the stroller facing the attacking dog.

After attacking Sandau the German Shepard mix went after &lt;i&gt;her&lt;/i&gt; dog.  Somehow Sandau made it to safety but it is not mentioned in the story how she got away.  Thankfully, her 3-year-old daughter was unharmed.
